Getting Started

Set up your media organization account and start embedding Speakness on your site.

Step 1: Create Your Media Account​

  1. Sign up at speakness.com.
  2. Select Onboard Media in the sidebar.
  3. Provide organization details (name, site URL, lead contact).
  4. Verify domain ownership following the guided prompts.

Step 2: Embed the Comment Section​

Step 3: Access Your Dashboard​

Once embedded, access your media dashboard to:

  • View analytics and comment health.
  • Moderate discussions and reviewers.
  • Configure community policies.
  • Manage team permissions.
  • Customize branding and embed behavior.
Launch readiness

Before going live, run through the dashboard to confirm moderation policies, invite your moderation team, and align notifications with newsroom workflows.
